Payment Method:

 

Micro Parts USA accept Payment for the products will be made by MC,VISA, AMEX DISCOVER, Wire Transfer, and Western Union payment method unless credit terms have been agreed. Payment terms are always in advance unless otherwise specified in an agreement between buyer and Micro Parts USA.

 

What is the option for late payment in Micro Parts USA?

 

For All unpaid invoices shall bear interest at 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, commencing on the payment due date. In the event that Micro Parts USA must send a sales invoice to an attorney for collection, the buyer agrees to pay any and all costs associated with such collection, including, but not limited to, attorney's fee and cost incurred prior to during and after a trial, and including, but not limited to, collection, bankruptcy or other creditor's rights proceeding.

 

Micro Parts USA does not accept credit cards that are issued by foreign banks. For all international Orders are Prepayment Wire Transfer , Moneygram or Western Union etc. we don’t have any other option.

 

Any fraud payment attempt is usually notified to the concerned law enforcement agencies.

 

Shipping and Tax:

 

Who will pay Sale Tax?

 

Customers from MI (Michigan) will pay sale Tax unless Michigan customer provides Micro Parts USA with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Micro Parts USA acceptance of the order.

 

What terms Micro Parts USA follows for Shipping?

 

  • No Signature Requested (our default shipping method) - If you did not add a note to your order requesting signature, then we cannot reship your order. In these instances, your package has essentially been stolen or is otherwise missing, and we recommend you follow-up with the carrier and your local authorities.
  • Signature Requested - If you requested that signature be required upon delivery of your package (read shipping methods above for instructions), then we will file a claim and re-ship your order at no cost to you once we have received verification of the shipment status from the carrier.

 

In case of In Stock part if you place an order before 2 PM ET, it is most likely that the product will be shipped within 48 hours. 

 

If you place your order after 2PM EST, or on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, your available products will ship the next business day if possible.

 

We can not ship to PO Boxes.

 

All international orders must exceed $400 USD (And customer responsible for all the international dutty/tax)

 

International Shipping Is Billed to valid Customer’s FedEx, UPS account numbers don’t have any alternative.

 

We pay special attention to Overnight Orders. As we Know The best way to ensure that your order is received is to call. We welcome your inquiry into the status of your order. If your order is especially time sensitive give a call directly to our toll free number. And we will work on it right away. This allows us the best opportunity to get your order out right away.

 

For Ground shipping it normally takes about 1 to 7 business days for you to receive the product, depending on the shipping address and where we ship from.  Micro Parts USA MI based however, that does not mean that all products will be shipped from Michigan.  We have business partners in several states in USA.

 

Please make certain that your billing address and shipping address are correct and on record with your credit card company.  If we are unable to verify an address it will delay your shipment and you will be contacted to correct the situation.

 

Micro Parts USA, Inc. adds shipping and handling on all orders according to the weight of package(s).

 

If the carrier delivers a carton showing obvious damage, refuse delivery. The carrier is responsible for the damage and not you. If, however, you accept delivery and open the carton and discover the item was damaged during shipping, contact the carrier for inspection, then contact out Customer Service Department and we will file a claim on your behalf.

 

Free Shipping is for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America and is not available for International.

 

Returning Products (RMA):

 

Although we try our best to deliver quality products to you, we understand there will be need to return a product for various reasons.  Return will not be accepted if warranty period is over. The main cause of returned product is wrong product ordered or wrong item/condtion shipped. Please indicate the model and make of your system in the appropriate place so that we may research the product that you ordered and confirm that it is in fact the appropriate product for your system. If you are not confirmed please ask our experienced sales person or technical division for help what is suitable for you.

 

How long do I have to return a product?

 
To return a product purchased from Micro Parts USA, a customer return request form must be completed within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Any purchase returned to Micro Parts US must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

How can you get RMA number from Micro Parts USA?

 

No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.  No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. . Micro Parts USA must receive all incoming merchandises within 10 days otherwise RMA will be void.

 

What about sealed retail Box?

 

Micro Parts USA doesn’t take Return Sealed Retail Box. You must return it to the Manufacturer.

 

Does Micro parts Charge for Damaged or wrong part Shipment?

 

We do not charge any restocking fee for damaged or wrong product shipment by us.

 

Who pays for Shipping Charge?

 

However, customer pays the return shipping charge to Micro Parts USA and Micro Parts USA for the shipping back to you. All replacements are shipped ground unless other wise indicated by the customer.

 

 

 

 

What happens if I refuse a shipment From Micro Parts USA?

 

If you want refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we will need to charge a 40% restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs.

 

Does Micro Parts USA charge a restocking fee?

 

Only a 30% restocking fee which included with a minimum $25 charge for handling, restocking and also shipping charged for the return of wrong product ordered by the customer. Shipping charge is never refundable if it’s not free ground. If our shipping charge is more than the free ground we will provide you with proof of cost.

Explanation of Hardware’s Condition:

 

Refurbished: Product is typically refurbished by an Original Manufacturer or an affiliate of the manufacturer or 3rd party facility. This product may have minor blemishes due to normal product usage and doesn't necessarily come with documentation and software unless indicated, but has been well tested and generally has never had any defects.

 

New Bulk/ New OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Product is new (NOT BRAND NEW) and many times the manufacturer will disassemble new whole units to use parts. Typically this product doesn't come with software or instructions unless indicated and no Manufacturers genuine warranty. And it might be used for test perpouse.

 

New Retail: Product is brand new sealed and is complete with Manufacturers genuine warranty unless otherwise noted.

 

New Open Box: These products have never been used; the only difference between the New and New Open Box is that the outside factory seal has been broken, due to cancelled order, inspection or mishandling during transporting from warehouse to warehouse but still have warranty depend on products category. However, the inside contents are complete.

 

New Pull: These product look new however they are used/Tested and 30 days warranty from Micropartsusa

 

Clean Pull These product look Clean however they are clean used/Tested and 30 days warranty from Micropartsusa

We always ship the products based on the product models or part number and conditions. If you receive the product labeled by different brand but with the same part number, we can not refund your order for this case but we can replace that product with your desired brand if we have it in our stock.
