Return & Restocking
All the customers of Microparts USA Inc. must have to agree with this RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy at any circumstances. We will provide refund to our customer not to any third party or customer’s buyer.
International orders and shipping associated with international orders-returns is always at the customer’s expense. Microparts USA, Inc will never refund shipping fees to the customers for both U.S and international shipping. Shipping is always non-refundable.
Microparts USA, Inc will charge 30% restocking fee for all returns (shipping and labor/service is non-refundable including return shipping cost). All returns are must be in good condition. We require minimum restocking fees $28 without our shipping cost.
Defective Product Exchange is returned to Microparts USA, Inc at customer’s expense. All Products then sent to the customer will be sent via ground shipments and no excuse we will accept if customer require fast shipment then they must have to pay for upgrade shipping charge for replace products. Any upgrade to that shipment for any reason will be incurred at the customer’s expense. Please check the Product Condition Specification in the Terms & Conditions page make sure about the condition of the product. If you make mistake to choose the right product and request us to return the product and/or refund, we’ll NOT accept this kind of request.
If you are not satisfied with the product we can do replace any time in our warranty period but we will not refund you if you don’t have any good reason for RMA, but we are ready to replace if we have in stock.
We always ship the products based on the product models or part number and conditions. If you receive the product labeled by different brand but with the same part number, we can not refund your order for this case but we can replace that product with your desired brand if we have it in our stock.
All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Microparts USA, Inc
All products in retail boxes are subject to manufacturer's warranty and the manufacturer must be contacted directly in order to obtain a (RMA) number and shipping instructions. We will not take back any retail or manufacturer warranty products. After the first 14 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacture. Manufacture's warranties vary by product category.
There will be a 30% restocking fee on unopened returns(Broken Seal Item there will be a 50-70% restocking fee). Items must be returned in a resalable condition.
Products that are inoperable at first use are eligible for a Dead On Arrival (DOA) return up to 14 days from the date of the invoice. We do not take any product back if it is physically damaged by the customer. Please notify the shipper and us immediately if you receive damaged merchandise. If the damage is visible then call us and refuse the order. We insure most orders. To return products all customer return request form must be completed within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Any purchase returned to must be returned Microparts USA, Inc within 30 days from the date of invoice.
All the returned products must be arrived to us within warranty period. Purchases made after an item has been discounted or of items listed under the "Specials" category may not be eligible for return. Please verify the status of the item with your sales associate at the time of purchase.
For all Defective Product returns, the customer prepays return shipping; Microparts USA, Inc will pay freight to the Customer. Microparts USA, Inc does not offer price protection on products that have already shipped. Any return of a product that has had a price drop is processed at the then current price.
Damaged or missing product must be notified within 48 hours upon receipt of package else we will refuse the request.
Software, Processor, Portable Drive, Flash Drive, Digital Camera, Laptop and iPod are non-refundable, if customer has any problem within our warranty period we can just do replace without any refund.
Any kinds of burned products will not be replaced or refunded.
